08FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does D-Voltaris do?

We design, install and maintain EV charging stations (EVSE) for businesses, developers, residential communities, hotels, fleets and dealerships. We are a French company based in Lille with a subsidiary in Morocco.

Where do you work?

France is our core market and we are active in Morocco through D-Voltaris Maroc. In the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) we work as an installation and maintenance partner of licensed charge point operators and property owners, through a local representative.

Are you qualified to install EV chargers?

Yes. D-Voltaris is AFNOR IRVE qualified for installation (levels 1 and 2) and maintenance, and our technical lead is IRVE P1/P2 and maintenance trained with electrical habilitations (B1V, B2V, BR, BC, H0V).

Which chargers do you install?

AC chargers from 7 to 22 kW and DC chargers of 40 kW, including EN+, Schneider Electric EVlink and Hager. The right model depends on your site, vehicles and usage.

Do you also maintain stations you did not install?

Maintenance is part of our offer and our qualification. Whether we can take over an existing station depends on its make and condition, so send us the details through the project brief.
